This is more like a hostel. Not a complaint, more of a heads up so you are aware before booking. My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights. The room is extremely basic with a terribly small bathroom. You cannot get to the toilet without having to squeeze past the sink. The shower works well but you have to get dried out in the room again because of how small the area is, it is not a room! Smaller than an ensuite!Two people could not fit in that area. The room is very basic which is fine as we just needed it as a base. The bed is okay but the pillows are horrendous; extremely uncomfortable. You do feel safe when you are there due to the amount of locked doors but then once in the apartment area it is a shared kitchen and then there is also a shared bathroom. You are literally sharing an apartment with 3 bedrooms but yours has a lock on it. You can hear everyone else in their rooms which isn’t the best. As for location, it is perfect. We did everything in Rome and this was perfect location to travel to and from everywhere. It is close to shops, restaurants and bars but far enough from the main area to be able to have some peace and quiet. I would not recommend this place or return unless you are someone used to staying in very basic, budget hostels. Advice - if you are on your own, avoid it. I don’t know how safe it is for a solo traveller.

Very central location. Just 10 minutes walk from Colosseo. Clean and spacious room. Antonella was really friendly and helpful, gave us loads of information about the city and recommended local restaurants. Would recommend it.

First trip to Rome and this place was a great choice. It's fairly priced, clean, air conditioned and the building has an elevator. The owner was very friendly and gave useful advice for our trip. The room was spacious with a complete bathroom. The location is good with a market and the metro at walking distance and it's only a short bus trip away from The Vatican and The Colosseum.

It is a good place for a big family. The kitchen is well equipped. We made coffee, toast on our own. The host was very communicative and kind. The metro station is 5 minutes on foot. It is lot of eating possibility in half an hour walking distance.

Room was clean, very small, no view from window, shower and toilet facilities only just adequate. Room was in very good area from which to commute around Rome, near to train station. Also very noisy at night with people coming and going stayed for three nights and disturbed several times. We wouldn't use this accommodating again.
